Fraternal Outreach Team
Michael Cesario, Agent Project Specialist and Member Engagement Team Lead, has an extensive background in service trips as well as a strong understanding of data and project management. Leading the charge for the Mission Trips and Alternative Breaks, Michael has an ear to ground for all new and interesting ways we can grow opportunities for our members to get involved. He credits his alternative break experiences in school with impacting his life so strongly that he wants to bring that same experience to others. Additionally, Michael lends his support to Feeding God’s Children and Spirituality Tap-in, never shying away from a chance to travel and meet our members face to face to collaborate with them on planning meaningful events. Michael often reflects fondly on his first COF Alternative Break - the 2019 Houston trip - and all the members who joined us there.

Fraternal Outreach Workshop
Do you want to host an outreach event in your community? Do you have an idea for an event, but you aren't sure how to bring it to life? The Fraternal Outreach Team will host a workshop in your area to generate ideas for a Feeding God's Children event, choose one of those ideas, set an event date and identify the best ways to promote the event! Ideally, these take place in the evening on a weekday. Attendees are people, of any age, who are active in the community and want to make a difference! A small group of approximately three to seven people works well.
