Oligmueller Wins Award, Donates Proceeds to Local Library

General Agent Richard Oligmueller Earned a Richard Tobin Award

Richard Oligmueller of Dakota City, Nebraska, earned a Richard Tobin Award from Catholic Order of Foresters. Oligmueller, a General Agent with Catholic Order of Foresters, chose to donate the proceeds from the award to Jackson Public Library in Jackson, Neb. “The donation will be used for the summer reading program and incentives and activities,” Oligmueller said. “It’s a small community library. The donation will be very helpful.”

Catholic Order of Foresters’ top 20 agents earned Richard Tobin Benevolence Awards, worth $500 each, in 2018. Catholic Order of Foresters (COF) donates the money to the church, school or community organization of each agent’s choice. These awards are made possible through COF’s Welfare and Relief Fund. The late High Chief Ranger Richard Tobin established this fund to allocate money for fraternal good.
