Member Benefits

Since 1883, Catholic Order of Foresters has provided members with outstanding financial protection in the form of quality life insurance and annuities. Our added-value fraternal benefits are what set us apart from other insurance companies offering similar financial products.

Membership comes through the purchase of Catholic Order of Foresters' financial products. Members have the opportunity to enjoy wholesome family activities through a local court, and receive our quarterly Catholic Forester magazine.

Family Benefits

Families have built and shaped COF’s growth and direction right from the beginning.

We offer parent members the Newborn Infant Benefit, FirstVantage/Pathways program, and ScriptSave® prescription card. Adults may also participate in their local adult court, while children may participate in local youth court activities.

Educational Assistance

Forty members, age seventeen and older, have an opportunity to apply for COF's One-time $600 Educational Award. High school juniors may apply for one of twenty $5,000 Fraternal Scholarships .

School age youth members may also enter drawings for COF's Catholic school Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) award or the Religious Education Assistance Program (REAP) award for children attending a Catholic CCD/religious education program.

Bridging the Gap

COF also offers resources for finding Long-Term Care health providers through Life Plans Long Term Care Pathway Provider™.

Members facing terminal illnesses may access a portion of their funds with Living Benefits Rider.
